Medi-Ray^TM quality control procedures are refined and expanded to include inspection procedures stipulated by customers, so as to reduce customer quality control inspection and related costs. Certification by Medi-Ray^TM quality control personnel accompanies each shipment.

Medi-Ray^TM quality control testing and inspection includes, but is not limited to unit weight criteria, destructive testing, dimensional reviews, visual reviews including reference to PMS color charts, "fit" testing and functionality testing.

Proprietary testing techniques, developed by Medi-Ray^TM, guarantee the presence of solidity and elimination of voids or porosity. Specialty lead alloys can be provided to guarantee durability and functionality.
